Prison Break

Seriously, does anyone watch this show? I know that FOX had a problem with it last year and tried to gain viewership by lying about its popularity and showing encore after encore in an attempt to get people to understand the plot (hint: one guy wants to get his brother out of prison. hence the name of the show).

Personally, i thought this show was going to be very interesting, then i watched the first episode. After the main character revealed that he had the map of the prison tattooed to his chest in intricate gothic stylings, i switched the channel. The show is ludicris and should be avoided at all costs.

In answer to your first question, yes. In reply to your comment that it is ludicris, well to that I say, "yes sir, it is!"

Every single thing aboput this show is so far fetched it's like watching science fiction. I watch this show regularly just to see them top the earlier levels of absurdity.

Example: A beautiful former-drug-junkie/doctor works in the prison and is the daughter of the govenor. She is often left alone with unsecured male prisoners. Caged heat anyone?

Example: the protagonist hid a pill under his skin in the off chance he may need to swallow that pill to induce vomiting. Somehow the pill didn't disolve under his skin.

So absurd it's funny.

OK to elaborate.... The US is facinated with prison culture. Mostly because we are all one small step away from a 9 x 9 cell with a guy named bull. We have a morbid facination with what our future may hold. All we would need to do is actually rob that bank instead of thinking about in line for the teller.
